Heavily galvanized, triple-twist, hexagonal mesh gabions are used for antiflood protection in river banks, motorways, railways, retaining walls, river rehabilitation, dam and canal covering and landslide prevention etc. Gabions are also used for Hydraulic Works such as river training, Protection Works for roads, Soil Conservation, Landfills, Erosion Control and Land Reclamation where extra anticorrosion protection is required.

Gabions are produced from heavily galvanized mild steel wire, diam. 2.to 2.2, 2.4, 2.7 and 3 mm. of a tensile strength ranging between 38 and 50 kg/sq.mm bearing point steel wire as triple torsion hexagonal mesh rolls. Minimum zinc coating 270 gr/m according to DIN 1548. Standard mesh opening 5x7cm, 8x10 cm. Packing in rolls of standard lengths 15, 20 and 25 m. and standard heights from 1 to 4.5 m. Our product is manufactured in accordance with TS EN 10223-3. Our production capacity is 6500 m./day. These hexagonal mesh rolls can be used as gabion mattresses, gabion baskets, gabion sacks where suitable. Below please find the related illustrations and tabular data.
